1. What is an extended vehicle service contract or extended auto & car warranty?
When the manufacturers bumper to bumper warranty expires you would be responsible for any costly mechanical breakdown or repairs. Repairs could range from a costly transmission to computer-related items and many of the other thousands of components that make up your vehicle. Warranty Elite offers comprehensive protection against repairs after your manufacturers auto & car warranty has expired. Our plans are backed by an A rated insurance company and repairs can be made by over 400,000 ASE mechanics.

2. Why should I purchase an extended vehicle service contract from Warranty Elite?
While there are many companies that offer vehicle service contracts or "warranty" plans, Warranty Elite offers one of the most comprehensive plans in North America at an affordable price. Our plans are backed by an "A" rated insurance company and is nationally recognized. Our plans are honored nationwide at any repair facility of your choice.

3. What assurance do I have that any claims will be paid in years to come?
All Warranty Elite contracts are directly insured by an AM Best "A" rated insurance company with over $20 billion in assets.  What this means to you is the insurance company must follow all state regulations and adhere to state insurance guidelines regarding financial solvency and financial stability. These insurance filings can be located through your state insurance commission.

4. Where is the Warranty Elite contract honored?
The Warranty Elite service contract is honored nationwide. If your vehicle breaks down, take it to any reputable/licensed repair facility of your choice ASE certified. Simply provide them with the claims customer service number. That's It! We will work directly with the repair facility for the claim. All payment will be made directly from Warranty Elite to the repair facility, you will only be responsible for the deductible if you have chosen a plan that has one.

5. How are claims paid and what is the claims process?
Claims are paid directly to the repair facility with our corporate credit card.

6. What is a deductible and how does it work?
A deductible is the amount you will pay out of pocket when a claim is filed for a breakdown or failure of a covered component. You pay only one deductible per repair visit not per component, regardless of how many parts need repair. Your deductible is determined at time of service contract purchase.

7. What additional benefits are included in your service contract plan?
Warranty Elite offers a variety of benefits on all service contract plans. All plans include roadside assistance, rental car reimbursement, trip interruption and towing to name a few. These benefits are included free for the entire term of your service contract.

8. Is my service contract transferable?
Yes, for a nominal fee (typically $100) you can transfer your service contract if the vehicle sold to a private party or individual. This option adds value to the resale of your vehicle.

9. When can I cancel my service contract?
Warranty Elite service contracts can be cancelled at anytime. During the first 30 you can receive a full refund. All cancellations are pro-rated based upon term or mileage whichever is greater. Cancellation provisions vary by state. Please refer to the actual service contract for provisions relating to your state.
